Best People Operations Consulting, Inc. is comprised of three businesses. I am a HR professional with over 20 years experience in compensation, benefits, and human resources. I have spent ten years consulting and ten years working with public corporations. I have practiced strategic design of human resources programs in the U.S. and Globally with tactical implementation to successfully drive business results. My strong foundation in finance and accounting leads to my overall business consulting approach. HR is at the crossroads of becoming a major force in the business world.
